661clutch sprocket cover, can you use one off a 660

couldnt find an answer on the net…I need a 661clutch sprocket cover, can you use one off a 660? Seems the OEM 661 specific ones are a fortune and this is my ugly stumping saw. I can’t seem to find a 661 AM one either. I know I’ll loose the captive bar nuts, but not a big concern. I’ve got a bag of nuts, lol. No really.

Looking at the pics, I’d say no, there is a definite difference between the two visually. In practice, I may be wrong and it may fit fine while looking a little different.

Just found out from a member with both saws it will not work. The cheapest OEM cover I found was right at $85, it’s a larger West Coast style. Just FYI all.
