im new here and im looking for help to fix my saw its a 391 and the gas is not going from tank to carb to engine it stays in tank it will run with fuel dumped in cylender

Sounds like the fuel isn't getting from the tank to the carb.

But his dealer suposidly fixed it because the muffler kept falling off.
He then pulled the cylinder for some reason and now it won't start for him

Yup, same guy.
He first tried selling it for $300 on SH, he got pissed when guys told him it was worth $50-100 tops
He said he sold it locally
He then said he got it fixed
He then told everyone at SH to GF ourselves
Now he's here with his non saw that he screwed up after his dealer went through it.
I also believe English is his third language
