Adding a wood burner to my new house!

Hi. I M selling my current home and am purchasing a new house. A new house with a gas insert! The insert is in the living room which is in the back of the house, but there is mo chenmy! Anybody have any ideas how to proceed? My wife said we are buying this house so if I'm gonna keep my wood burner i have to add one. Of corse the gas insert is coming out. How do I add a insert?
