I know you're looking for new Made In USA tools, but I have found a lot of great USA tools at estate sales. Older craftsman(back when they were a good tool), SK, Thorsen, Crescent, Diamond etc. I also have some great shovels and yard tools that are not available at all today. Unlike pawn shops, these tools are much less likely to be stolen.
