That was a top of a white poplar and was close 42ft up, how do I know that? Cause I got revenge.

I cut that tree down and got 10, 4ft's off it and a 1 ft stump, 1 foot cut off the top, the whole tree was green and alive except for the broken top. I think it broken in a previous wind storm and was just sitting there by the grace of God. It wasn't windy, wasn't a hanger or partially snapped off piece as I have been looking up and check for dead tree's as I normally only cut standing and fallen dead.

Yes, I wear some PPE, saw pants, gloves, steel toed boots, ear plugs which is good and bad in my opinion but rarely a helmet in winter even though it's in the truck.

I do understand the risks involved with my personal choices but I can't cut in a suit of armor either.
