another stove question

I am still looking for a stove and heard thru the grapevine that a local dealer is selling off their demo models. They have been used in their showroom.

Here is what is available
Kuma Tamarack for $1000 or $1200 with blower claims to heat up to1700 SQF
or a used Lopi for $600
Are either of these stoves worth anything, should I consider one of them or steer clear. The Kuma comes with the full factory warranty and the 30% tax credit.
