What think ye? Tulip? I didn't see it blooming though, and the shape seems wrong.

Also, how do you imbed images into this area? I've only been able to do attachments.

I think it is tulip poplar / yellow poplar. Does it have a pine-like smell? Stuff by me does. It is also a very tall tree, tallest in the woods by me.

Yes it's tall, and it does seem to have a faint odor, but not much like pine.

The bark looks like tulip poplar to me.
