I have a carcass and it has a good piston but no cylinder. The intake manifold has dividers in it. The piston is 50 mm. Do I need something special or will any cylinder from a 372 work as long as it is 50mm?

You have a 372 X-Torque. New cylinders are available from Husqvarna. I believe you can swap a non X-Torque top end onto it but you have to change a few parts.
If there’s a divider in the intake it’s indeed an Xtorque, the divider is for the fresh air intake charge. If you’re looking to buy one you can find OEM for about 150 with free shipping. Using an OE 372 cylinder requires buying a few extra parts but it can be done.
