Looking for a place to source this single T-slot extrusion. It measures 1-1/8" x 1-1/8" . The slot measures about 1/4" x 15/16" but could be metric. Thanks

Lots, perhaps too many, sources for this sort of stuff. Easier if you're OK with the same outside dimensions & t-slot size rather than an exact match. It's most likely 30x30mm and 6mm nominal t-slot.

In Australia that profile is used for highway road sign mounts.
I use the heavier duty rail version 44 x 40 mm likethis.
