It looks pretty good to me...kinda one sided though...I'd cut it down. I'm not a big fan of Walnut trees.

Lemme guess...You'd put a ginkgo in its place, right? :rolleyes:

O thought it impossible to be a non-fan of walnut in an open site like that. It'll be intereesting to find out how bad that hole is.
 
hmmm got a bunch of things grown from the roots of a bradford pear. or maybe you can make a bradford ginko.??? haha
 
cant get a better pic by going up a ladder. i had a guy come out and look the tree over and he told me it was a live tree. also said that thge hollow is limited to the top of the tree, and the fire burned out all the rot that was in the hollow. he will also send a letter to the insurance company to let them know it is a live tree. however we have no problem removing it.
