Bing Carb Settings? Help pls!

i am trying to re tune my SOLO 662 with a Bing 48 and cant get it to run right thought it needed a kit but the diaphragm look's perfect i need the initial needle setting to reset the carb right.

does any one have the book for this carb the bing website only has link to buy book and doesn't even list the carb i have.

I guess the initial adjustment must be 1 turn each,then after you fine tune.
