I have Blackhawk Stomp II pack for sale . It was originally a military issue field support pack filled with medical supplies , that stuff is all gone but does come with the unused Seal Line dry bag. Its in great shape but was issued so it does have some scuffs. It's friggin amazing how many pockets , dividers and nooks and crannies these things have..they also exspand and hold a ton a stuff. The harness is very comfortable and has a memory foam pad that makes heavy loads easy on your back.
It's a high quality pack and will take a beating , I use one to haul my gear, extra cloths and food. The 20L Seal Line dry bag alone costs $30 from sporting goods stores.
