Not much more to add about bucking saw size but my 7910 Miller mod saw is my go to saw for most larger wood . The 395 is just too heavy to use all day

Yep, they don't stock it either.
I could go with black, which is 4 plus change at home depot, may do that if I use shingles as I'm going to use a dark colored shingle.
Do I need help, well many have said I do lol. I've done 90% of it by myself or with the kids helping, I did have some help setting the trusses on the main, that made it go a lot quicker

Ok good deal. I'm not the smartest guy but I work hard and take directions well. We have Dr appointments all week this week and 1 in the beginning of next week. I'm not looking to make $ but just getting out of the house to do something constructive sounds good to me. Once I get a few firm dates I'm available for a day I will let you know 
I spent all day Saturday with my 372XP. Felling, limbing and bucking. I really like that saw. With a 20” bar, I can run it all day. Nice balance and lovely power/torque.

I tend to favor battery saws for a lot of bucking. With real big batteries.
And an extension cord.
I use to have a cordless extension cord that worked well for that type of application.
Electric saws are fine in an urban environ. Not for lot clearing or the farm/ranch.
I seen a guy do good with the e go saw??? not bucking to big of wood but he has alot of batteries and the old man has the dewalt cordless chainsaw and it works good around the house and great for trimming shooting lanes in the woods.

Started the search today and it's odd how Stihl's 10.8 pounds feels much heavier than Echo's 10.8 pounds. I have the CS-501p on the shortlist.
