I was thinking on buying a load of log length wood to cut for firewood right now. Is this a bad idea, as the wood will probably be dirty? Or will I be alright?

I just went a got a truck load of 12 foot logs ready to split. Because I been buy with some property we bought last week. My just called she she bought some more property so got to go take care of it Do the split tomorrow I guess
