This bar tip is not removable and it looks like the bearing came apart. Is it worth the time to repair and if so where are the parts sourced from?

I've never seen or heard of a nonreplaceable tip being re built. That doesn't mean it cant be done but I'm not sure you'd be able to pull the two sides back together to properly rivet.

You used to be able to replace the bearing and nose sprocket in those types of bars but i have not heard of it being done for a long time. You just grind the heads off the rivets and push them out to remove old sprocket and bearing. The new sprocket and bearing would be wrapped in paper to hold the rollers in. You just slid it in the tip of the bar then removed the paper and then put new rivets in and peened the ends of the rivets
