The second saw is a Shindaiwa, but I don't know much about them. they are both for sale on Utica NY craigs list $30 and $40, claims both ran when put away & the Stihl needs a muffler.

An older model comparable in power to the 488 and 490. I ran one for years and just picked up another off e-bay. No complaints.
