can you upgrade a regular 441 to m-tronic?

Hi,

New here and was wondering if this could be done? I have a line on a regular 441 for a good price but wondering if I should keep looking for an m-tronic. I am not a professional user, by the way....

On that note, what is a fair price for a good condition (non commercial use) ms441 these days since the m-tronic came out?

Nothing wrong with a standard carb 441. A clean, low-hour 441 for $450 would be a good deal.

I agree that nothing is wrong with a standard carb. Just more of a curiosity thing for possibly down the road.

Sure you can. You'll need the carb, coil, and probably the flywheel.
