Can I still get a carb rebuild kit for a Carter model NRD ?? Also has the numbers F4, 3430S and 0M96 on it. It is for a Wright saw. Thanks for your time.

Not to my knowledge you cant. odds are you'll have to make the gaskets yourself, a member here has a thread on that.
