Carb Limiter Help

I have a Redmax G5000 that I would like to remove the limiters on the carb. I cannot figure out how to get to the limiters without removing the carb from the saw. Anybody got any ideas? If not, do you simply loosen a clamp holding the carb to the intake boot, remove the hoses and pull the carb out?

I have no idea on the Redmaxx saws, but maybe someone will.
