When returning from a vacation i noticed our water bill was substantially higher than normal, couldn't figure out why.

I noticed the drip system was on, but didn't show any leaks.. then one of my 2 Cat Claw Acacia trees started dying, the one closest to the water source.

it is now fully Turning White and d all of the leaves are brittle and dying, can it be saved? - It seems it was over-watered somehow.
