this is by far the coolest project I have undertaken... I have made several slabs with my homemade c.s. mill with my rebuilt stihl 041 super. so now I am planning on turning those slabs into trim wood and cabinets for the house my wife and I are rebuilding.

here are some pics of what I have done with it so far.....

me with my first few slabs

ripping the first one into a workable piece, I had to freehand a straight(ish) line. it worked out fine.

after I had an edge I could work with I ripped some useable lumber out of it..

then planed it to width and height.

now I have actual trim wood I can use to make my project.
the first thing I made was the face frame for our master bathroom vanity, I hate reaching into cabinets, so I intend to make all of the base cabinets in the house have drawers...

now I am making the drawer faces here are the steps I took for those...
I don't have a bandsaw so I had to get clever on how I was going to rip wider lumber for the drawer face. im surprised it went as well as it did!!
