Any Echo dealer nearby should have one, that's the same type that fits a 24" Oregon D176/Echo mount bar.

I got one I can send you Ernie if you want, and like @Woodslasher said thats a common echo, McCulloch, homelite drive link.
Matter of fact I believe that is a Homelite bar number on your Windsor.

Thanks for the offer but I have another member working on a loop for me..if it doesn't work out I'll let you know .

The bar fits the Jonsereds 10mm bar mounts and the tensioner is an oval shape that matches the bar to.

I have many reels in many designs so making a loop is simple but the days of cheap shipping are over. A USPS flat rate envelop/box is $9.65 now.
