Chain tensioner question

Chain would not tighten on my echo cs 400 took it apart and there are a couple little metal gears in the clutch cover that are stripped out. anyone know the technical name for these? Is there one? Tried looking on ebay but could not find, clutch cover is in good shape so I want to avoid buying the whole thing.

Echo has a good website with IPLs, those are bevel gears.
