I bought a brand new bar and realized about 2 minutes into cutting why the last one had such a bad burr and was cutting terribly - no oil slinging.

Did some research, tore it apart (thank you to the folks who sent me the manuals) - after carefully inspecting all of the parts I realized the area between the pump and where the oil spits into the chain had to be clogged - sprayed it out with compressed air, cleaned everything up really well, reinstalled the pump, put it back together and fired it up. Happy to see I didn't need any parts.

Now for the tensioner - to me, the easy gear, cover teeth and slot look okay, but the bar stud looks as though it's mildly stripped. When I try and tighten the chain using it by hand, it has too much resistance (previously before the oiler issue, it tightened by hand no issues).

Here is a couple pictures of some of the parts in case someone needs to do it. Donyboy73s video on YouTube for a 250 worked perfectly for me.
