Inherited a Tecomec FL 136 LR36941 chainsaw chain sharpener from my brother. Is there a way to lock the motor to make it easier to get the screw out holding the grinding wheel?

I looked at the IPL plus I have a similar Oregon model so no. No locking the motor.
I have the similar Oregon (410) as well. No lock. I hold the wheel to loosen the bolt while trying to not put any side force on it so I don't break it. The bolt does not need to be very tight.
