I think you should be a little more specific, like do you mean ISA certified and a CUA as well? Like a guy that can spurless climb and take out ANRPs in his name? My advice would be to put an ad in the Province, "Hardworking, responsible experienced climber wanted, must be ISA? must be a CUA?" type of thing, good luck.
