Cool Cut/Wheel Wax??

Anyone ever hear of a wax or something similar put on a grinding wheel to help reduce heat build up when grinding? If so do you know where I might buy it? Ya, Ya I know take small fast cuts, keep the wheel clean, etc, etc. Thanks for any help.

I use stubs from old candles. the scented ones are nice because they mask the odor of burnt metal.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Do you touch the wheel after every tooth or does a little go a long way?

You'll be able to tell when to waxup the wheel. The surface will become rought and the nice smell of the candle will go away.
