Default settings for Tillotson HK12A

Can anyone help me with the default low and high screw settings on a Tillotson HK12A carb? It's on a Jonsereds 451E that I am bringing back from the dead.

I've seen some references to plastic carb parts on Tillotson HK's, but this one doesn't have those.

451E L=1 turn open from lightly seated
H=1 : : : : ;
451EV L= 11/8 turn
H= 1turn
