Any books or other resources that you guys would recomend...for Dendrology???


I have found this book, any one read it or any thoughts on it???

Harlow and Harrar's Textbook of Dendrology

The one I use is by Mike dirr. Maual guide to woody landscape plants. Also petersons guide, and national audubon use to have it I am not sure if they still do. I have one from 1993. That I used in high school and college:greenchainsaw:
 
Harlow and Harrar is the best if you are going into Timber Management and Silviculture. Dirr is best if you are in landscape, arboriculture fields and operating mostly east of the Rocky mountains. It is lacking some of the larger timber species in the far west, but over all the best book for landscape plants.
