Desperate need for Arborist help in Philadelphia (Havertown) area.

Hello all,
I have a large what I believe is a London Plane in my front yard that is showing some decay/damage and I would like to try to rescue.
Any advice or opinion is welcome but I am not qualified so I'm not looking for steps to try myself. Instead my main interest is to get expert professional help with this.
So far I have had great experiences with local tree services but mainly to remove or prune other trees. None of those have been too interested in trying to help improving the health of this tree.

First the structural integrity of the tree needs to be established.

Yeah, that doesn’t look good. Get a tree guy who is a certified master arborist to come look. They have the training you need.

That's exactly what I need, professional help. I'm just having a hard time identifying someone qualified (or interested) in replying. All tree services I have contacted with this need just don't reply or give me a brush-off answer and then don't reply.
