Dolmar 133 carb questions

So I got this Sachs Dolmar 133 super for a song has a new 36" bar and chain and is a beast to kick over without any decomp. Here is the issue. When I first got it it wouldn't start without priming the carb and then it would only run til the prime was gone. I took the carb apart and found the float needle was stuck so I freed it up and the saws starts and runs fine now but will not idle with the idle screw all the way in. I can manually make it idle with the throttle just not on its own. What are the initial settings for these carbs?

I would start by rebuilding the carb. Check all
fuel lines and filters. Initial carb settings i would
go with 1 1/4 turns and go from there.
