I just purchased a Dolmar 5100 and have seen several people with tuned mufflers on them. Does anyone know who I can contact or where I can get one of these at?

Ben from Northwest Chainsaw does mufflers (NWCS is the name, and he has his own forum on here, too), as do some of the other sponsors on this site. A couple of the non-sponsors also do some very nice work at a very fair price.
You can also do a search for "muffler mod" and read about doing it yourself. There really isn't that much to it, assuming you own a drill, a Dremel (maybe), and can either weld, braze, or, in a pinch, use self-tapping sheet metal screws.

hmm, never heard of a tuned mufler. a tuned pipe, yes, and an opened up muffler (muffler mod).jgrega said:
