I thought one Dolmar dealer lost his franchise for selling over the internet. Maybe he was just too small of an operator. It will be interesting to see what hapens with this dealer.

Is that a violation for online or on Ebay?

Most chainsaw manufacturers REQUIRE that the dealer set up the saw and instruct the purchaser on the proper operation of said saw. Meeting this requirement makes online sales impossible. E-bay or otherwise. Online sales hurt the manufacturer in the end. Stihl vigorously polices breaches of their dealer agreement and Husky does not seem to care about online sales or mass merchandisers, yet Stihl still sells more saws.

Anybody know where this landscapepower.com outfit is from? There is no address listed anywhere that I saw.

I was told that dealers can not sell "New" Dolmar Power Products on eBay or on a website like the one above.
