Dolmar PS510 won’t start

I have a Husky 480CD, that almost made me to throw her under steamroller because of the same problem. Not starting and flooding when starting it cold with WOT and choke.
Then I found out it starts with only half choke. So I limited choke rod pull to only half choke and problem solved.

Another thought: Dolmar parts, other than the Caber ring are not cheap like Stihl parts. You can buy pistons and cylinders for Stihl saws for 25 dollars or so but not Dolmars, because there's not much aftermarket for Dolmar parts. New OEM parts for Dolmar are kinda pricy..

You did well if you found that for under $50. When I was looking for Dolmar parts they weren't that cheap.
