I have an old (but in great condition) Sachs Dolmar engine of about 62CC. It's been converted to run on methanol for RC model aircraft use. It runs like a beast on 80/20 methanol/castor oil but is very thirsty!
So, I fitted a magnet, sensor and electronic ignition. It runs on gas and provides a reasonable level of power. But, it can't be leaned out enough. I'm guessing the jets have been altered in the past. The 'float' height has been checked and the gaskets etc are new.
Anyone know; where I can get another? or what saw it fits so I can reference it that way? or an alternative Walbro etc?
