Efco 152 baseline carb settings?

Friend of mine bought one and ran about 2 tanks through it decided to pull off the limiters and mess with the carb settings. Couldn't find anything online and no stickies here either. I will have to tune it using the in the cut method as I don't have tach. I'm just looking for a baseline to get started.

try one turn on both hi and low and go from there, it should be close.

Low 1 +/- 1/8
High 1 3/8 +/- 1/8
