Ficus nitida

Hi We moved to a brand new nieghburhood. my nieghbour planted 18 Ficus nitida Trees anolng my property wall(which is 5 feet from the house foundation) along this line they planted 10 Ficus Benjamin. I read that those kind of trees as agressive root growth and they will damage the property wall the side walk ,BBQand slab foundation of my house.Is this true? What should i do?

the Benjamins are not as bad as the indian laurels. Alot depends on how they water them.If they have sprinklers watch out ! 18 of them ?
