File guide: ID, please

I noticed a file guide in a sharpening video that i have never seen before. Same style as the Oregon and STIHL plate holding a round file, but different.

Any of you guys seen it before? I'd like to know brand and/or source for it (see picture):

This is the video that features the file guide, in which he shows a standard Oregon file guide kit, but uses this unusual looking one:
 
Not sure what exact guide appears in the vid. It looks a lot like a Vallorbe guide as it has the offset end with the wing nuts. If you are going to sharpen with that style guide, the super cheap and simple Oregon guide with the spring clips is the way to go. You can rotate the file as you sharpen using the Oregon. Stihl or Vallorbe, you half to loosen the wing nuts to rotate the file.

You are right, it's a Vallorbe file guide ...
