Irene sent an oak tree THROUGH my house. Repairs are about 80% as of today. Not only did it bust through the roof and a huge limb through my dining room ceiling, it also destroyed my wood stove chimney.
I installed a new chimney last week and installed the stove pipe today. Guess what FIREWOOD I used today.( hint... it was OAK, and cut outta my house) LOL. Its my revenge. Doesn't matter if its not cured, I just HAD TO use pieces of that tree for my first fire
