We have a tree that is covered with what appears to be "blackberries" which turn
red like "raspberries" after they have fallen into our garden. Though we have
been here several years, we have never noticed this fruit before. The leaves of
the tree are similar to an "arrowhead", basic leaf shape, with "ruffled" or
scalloped (slightly) edges. Truly, the fruit looks exactly like a blackberry
and smells like a raspberry. The tree is over 30 ft. tall and we are stumped.
Can you help us identify this tree?
THANK YOU!!
