I saw this on another thread; looks like Granberg is mainly into saw milling.
Anybody have much experience with these?
I fixed up an old straight shaft Weedeater with a chain saw blade for
sawbriars & small stuff this winter, but this attachment looks like
you could git er' done with enough PPE.

I have one that I use with a Husky 336. It has worked well so far for me. I've used it to trim hedges some. It leaves the ends of the limbs more ragged than a real hedge trimmer would, but its not too bad.

In brush it does a good job of getting limbs to the chain and holding them in place to be cut. In the past I've had trouble with twigs and stems getting between the chain and bar and causing the chain to jump or jam. I haven't had this problem using the Clip-N-Trim.

It adds some level of safety to cutting in heavy brush since it does cover the blade to some extent, but it does leave sections of the blade uncovered, and you can still get your fingers and loose clothing caught in the chain. I would recommend using the same PPE that you would use anytime you're cutting with a saw.

Here is a picture of some shrubs I trimmed using the attachment:

Here are some photos of how it looks on the saw:
