Went down to woodlot a few years back with JD440 on trailer behind 3/4T '63 GMC (my classic) and went thru weigh station, just drove thru, no problems. Probably 20K total.
On return, 4ea 20 ft 30" dia wet D Fir logs plus some alder, went thru weigh station on I-5 Nisqually northbound, no problem there either. Old 235 in line 6 in GMC, only going about 35 MPH at the top of that 'hill'. Only have normal WA license, no CDL endorsement.

PS: electric trailer brakes, DIY trailer, 4 ea 'reject' aircraft 737 nose wheel tires on mobile home axles.
