Have a shot at a 041

I found a local deal for a Stihl 041, fairly old but running, for $125. Is this something I should consider, you think?
Another option is a MS441 for $500. A bit much for a saw larger than I need.
What I would actually prefer is a 361, a tad larger than my 026 but it is not turning up...

I would not recommend an 041 for everyday use or production work, they are outdated but built like a tank,heavy and have heavy vibration stamped all over them. The 441 may be more saw than you need but is a lot better choice over an 041, the 441 is very smooth and powerful. The 361 and even the 036 are great mid size choices with plenty of power for the average user.

I think both the 441 and 036 are great saws, but I own 1 of each so I'm biased!
