help, dolmar ct carb issue

hi there, i was just passed down a dolmar ct with a six foot bar, attached to a frame and rollers for a saw mill. anyways this beast hasnt been started for a couple year, so i cleaned the tank, the lines, sprayed the jets,and there passages, and got the thing very clean, now after two pulls of the motor the spark plug is drenched, and i cleaned the plug then tried it again, still wet.
now i know there isnt a float bowl on this carb, so what meters the intake of fuel to the carb from the tank. thanks
