I was cutting with your old 55 today, well most of it ;)

I put your jug, carb, flywheel, coil, recoil, clutch cover on a 51 case and gas tank. The jug cleaned up good, new piston ring set of course. A nice new bar and chain from MarkyMark and she is alive again :D

Yeah, I left the artwork just in case you're ever famous :p

I probably got $100 to $120 in it, with the biggest expense the piston and donor 51 saw. But the jug is good from the 51 and I probably have some other good parts from what's left of both saws. I did just pick up another junker 51 so we'll see.

As far as time, the mechanical work was quick, it's the hanging around on Ebay trying to get a deal, that's time consuming, lol! I find cleaning all the crap off these saws takes some time too. I learned a bunch though ;)
