I have several mature hickory trees in my yard, including one that overhangs my driveway. This tree has been responsible for inflicting damage to many cars over the past 10 years, both ours and visiting family and friends.

Is there any way to sterilize a tree such as this so that it does not produce nuts?

THANKS

I think its mixed in a solution and then put into a spray bottle. Then every flower needs to be spritzed with the solution. Not really, probably use a Hudson sprayer, hose end or high pressure system.

Sometime along the line, there will be a systemic. The person who makes that will have a nice retirement. A buddy of mine takes care of a shopping district in downtown Kansas City. They have sweetgums planted. the seeds are a mess and treacherous to walk on. He has used Florel some. Says it works pretty good but not 100%
