I just rebuilt a carb on a Homelite SXL and am having an idle problem. When I set the low speed screw to where it wants to be (about 3/4 of a turn out), it idles fine and accelerates fine. It will sit there for ever and idle at that same speed. But when I rev it up, it always comes back to a slower idle and almost wants to stall out. When I turn the low speed needle in about 1/16th of a turn, it idles fine again until I rev it up and then the same situation happens. Any thoughts???

Make sure the low screw is not turning from vibration while the saw is revved up. I have had to use thread sealer in some saws where this was a problem.
