If you already have a 56", then most big cuts are covered. 28"-36" will be much more enjoyable. 42" or bigger has annoying balance.
I'm 165lbs and carry a 372 with a 28" bar without any trouble. I don't think your weight will be a real issue.
The 076 is flagship saw and a personal favorite, but putting small bars on it is disappointing because it's a bit of a grinder. Low rpms and chain speed compared to modern saws. You might consider adding a saw to your collection that is more enjoyable in the woods. The ms461 or 390xp could make you very happy.
