How can I make this tree look better?

I have a row of about 11, 60 foot, spruces. They were planted pretty close together and this has created a sort of "mowhawk" effect. I recently cut down two at the North end. The last tree in the row on the North end is now exposed and looks like this. Hardly any sun touches this side because the sun is coming from the South side. Is there any type of trimming/pruning I can do to improve the look of it?

You could try trimming the heavy side so the tree looks more uniform but other then that I would say no.
