how can tell what size a still is with no tags

hey guys i found a stihl in a pawn shop witth no tags how can i tell the size its a big saw it has the oval shaped air cleaner and flip caps...thanks for any help

part number series will narrow it down for you. For example, if part numbers on the saw start with 1122 it is either an 064 or 066.

Little silver tag under the trigger had engine size and model # also.

Try lighting that puppy up and see how many gallons of moonshine it puts out.

It can only be a MS 440, MS 460, MS 441, or MS 461. Either way it'd be a steal at $200!

a budy of mine got it today the guys at the pawn shop didnt know what it was it was scrached up pretty bad but he said its a beast he took it tothe stihl shop and had them check the numbers turns out its a 4 year old 460....
